Projects

All undergraduate engineering students are invited to submit a one-page proposal to the ITC-Egypt'2023 and demonstrate their engineering skill, talent, and capability of defending their innovative ideas through posters and seminars. Project posters are intended to cover all areas of interest as listed in the conference topics. The participating students could attend all the conference activities, free of charge. Interested undergraduate engineering students are requested to fill in the included registration form and upload the ONE PAGE project proposal to the ITC-Egypt'2023 conference.

Prizes

All active participants in the competition will receive a digital certificate. “Active participant” is described as a team who makes a reasonable attempt at solving a problem in Sponsor’s sole discretion. For Universities Students & School Students

For each participant up to (5) max + supervisors

1st Place : Receive a cash award of 10000 LE. each.
2nd Place : Receive a cash award of 8000 LE. each.
3rd Place : Receive a cash award of 6000 LE. each.
4th – 10th Place: Each participant of the 4th through 10th place team members will receive ITC merchandise bundle and special gifts from competition sponsors and an ITC hoodie.
11th – 100 Place : all members of teams that place in the 11th – 100 at the end of the competition will receive ITC merchandise bundle and special gifts competition sponsors.

Excellent creativity award :

Each participant of the 4th through 10th place team members will receive ITC merchandise bundle and special gifts from competition sponsors and an ITC hoodie.

School Students / Team	500 EGP	40 USD

Registration Instructions

Registration fees will be paid after the final acceptance of the submitted Project.
One registration covers only one project.
The registration fees, according to the showed rates, will cover the following:
- Presenting the project.
- Admission to all ITC-2023 scientific sessions.
- Having breakfast, Lunch, and coffee breaks during the conference/competition days.
The registration fees do NOT INCLUDE the bank transfer fees, So when transferring the registration fees, Please pay the bank transfer fee to your bank.
After sending your registration payment by bank wire transfer, scan the bank receipt and attach the PDF file in an email to: registration@itc-egypt-adc.org
Egyptian residence participants will pay registration fees in Egyptian Currency (LE) by Wire Transfer with the following data:
